Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because many of our products are premium, heavy-weight items, we take extra care in our logistics to ensure safe delivery from our Asia-based hub to your doorstep.

1. Processing & Handling

We strive for efficiency. Shipping typically is made within 10 business days of your order being placed. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Carriers

To ensure reliable service, we partner with specialized global couriers:

  • Local & Regional Delivery: Primarily handled by SF-Express.
  • International Delivery: Handled by SF-Express or national Postal Services, depending on the destination and item weight.

3. Estimated Arrival Times

Please use the following as a general guide for delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • Local (Domestic): Within 1 week.
  • East Asia, ASEAN, and Australia (OZ): 1–3 weeks.
  • North America, Western Europe, Oceania, and APO/FPO: 2–4 weeks.
  • All Other Regions: 4+ weeks (depending on local logistics efficiency).

4. Shipping Costs & Heavy Goods

Our products are heavy-duty. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your specific location. The final shipping price will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. International Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (such as VAT or GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delivery Requirements

For heavy items, please ensure that the provided delivery address is accessible for standard courier vehicles. If a delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or an incorrect address, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
